PRESIDENT AND CEO - DEREK HODKEY
With 25 years working in health-related fields behind him, Derek brings with him a wealth of leadership experience that spans across a wide range of sectors. He drives the strategic vision and leadership that guide operations and ensures the fulfillment of the Orbis mission.
Chief Development Officer – Kristie DeKoker
Kristie first joined Orbis in August of 2014 as the Director of Major Gifts and was asked to establish and grow Orbis’s major gifts program in the U.S.
CHIEF FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – DANUSIA DZIERZBINSKI
Danusia Dzierzbinski joined Orbis in 2019 and oversees the management of Orbis Finance.

Louise Harris joined Orbis International in 2017 and leads the organization’s marketing and communications strategies and programs.
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer - Manu G. Nathan
Manu G. Nathan joined Orbis International in 2017 and manages the organization’s legal, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Mary Jane has extensive experience working across cultures to understand the unique demands of global HR practices and has an impressive track record with various nonprofits and impact organizations for improving organizational structure and innovating cutting-edge HR systems.
